GRI announcement North Europe / South Africa 21/12/2009

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company wishes to advise clients that in view of our contractual obligations and the fact that the rate restoration increase that took place in September 2009 was not accepted. MSC has not alternative but to apply the following GRI to be effective 01st January 2010.

 

  • $200 per 20ft container
  • $400 per 40ft container

 
This GRI si to apply to all cargoes ex- NWC/UK/Scandinavia Countries including Portugal and Ireland to all South African, Namibian and Mozambique Main MSC ports.


We do hope you understand the need for MSC to introduce the above increases and look forward to your continued valued support.
