Winter Surcharge Announcement for St.Petersburg to/from SAWC, Central America 01/11/2010

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company wishes to advise clients of a Winter Surcharge for all cargo between St.Petersburg and South America West Coast & Central America ports (import & export) effective from December 1st, 2010 (B/L date) until March 31st, 2011 as follows:
