MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company wishes to advise clients that the continued port delays of more than ten days in the port of MOMBASA and without any immediate solutions provided has caused us to proceed with the implementation of a Congestion Surcharge (CGS) on all cargo from the Far East and Southeast Asia for Mombasa as of march 1st, 2012 Bill of Lading date as follows :
