1.	Can I search with a BL Number issued by another carrier than MSC ?

You can only trace an MSC shipment with a valid MSC B/L number. We have no knowledge of other carriers' shipments, nor are we privy of House BL numbers assigned by NVOCC's.

2.	Is the last move displayed always up-to-date ?

MSC Tracking system results are for reference only. The latest movement of the container displayed is not necessarily the latest physical movement of the cargo. For more information, please contact your local MSC agency.

3.	Can I obtain an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) ?

We can offer the ETA of your next planned container move with an excellent level of accuracy. Unfortunately we cannot yet provide a constantly reliable final delivery ETA. This feature is currently undergoing development and testing

4.	What is the "Alerts by email" function ?

You can use this functionality in order to be notified by e-mail for each movement of your container.

5.	What is the "Alerts by RSS" function ?

You can use this functionality in order to be notified throuhg RSS feed for each movement of your container.
